Next Inning ("we") is a youth baseball and softball coaching app operated by EMJAY747 LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Next Inning to help coaches, not to profit from data: we never sell or rent your data, and we never share player information with third-party advertisers.

What we collect

• Account info: the email you sign in with.
• Team & roster data you enter: team names, player first names (and optional last names), jersey numbers, positions, lineups, games, and playing-time records.
• Diagnostics: basic crash and error reports to keep the app working. These do not include roster data.

Children's information

Coaches enter limited information about players, who may be minors. We treat this data as sensitive: it is used only to provide coaching features to the team, is never sold or used for advertising, and is removed when the team or account is deleted. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and the app is intended for use by coaches.

How we use it

To provide the app's features: lineups, fielding, fairness analytics, and syncing your data across your devices. We also use diagnostics to fix bugs and improve reliability.

Data sharing

We use trusted infrastructure providers (for hosting, database, and crash reporting) solely to operate the app. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the teams you own, including their roster and game data. We remove this data from our active systems promptly and from backups within 30 days, except where we are required to keep limited records (for example, for legal or accounting reasons).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to our systems is restricted, and the app works offline so your data is not dependent on a constant connection.

Your choices

You can edit or delete teams and players in the app, and delete your entire account from Settings. For questions or requests, contact us below.
