Delete Your Account

Next Inning is owned and operated by EMJAY747 Enterprises LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Next Inning account and the data associated with it, what gets deleted, and what we keep.

Delete your account from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Next Inning app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Confirm in the dialog. This cannot be undone.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. The local copy of your data on that device is cleared when you sign out.

Delete your account by email (if you cannot access the app)

Email support@nextinning.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account on your behalf. Sending the request from your sign-in email lets us confirm it is really you.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (your email).
• The teams you own and all of their data: players, jersey numbers, position preferences, games, fielding plans, lineups, notes, scores, and stats.
• Team chat messages tied to teams you own.
• Saved field locations on teams you own.
• Your membership on any other coach's team (you lose access; that team and its data remain with its owner).

Co-coaches on the teams you owned lose access to those teams, because the teams are deleted along with your account.

What we keep, and for how long

We remove your data from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. We may retain a limited set of records longer only where we are required to by law (for example, accounting or legal-compliance records). We do not keep your team data for any other purpose after deletion.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Use this if you only want to remove specific information and keep your account active:

1. Open the Next Inning app and sign in.
2. To remove a player, open the roster, open the player, and tap delete. To remove a game, open the game and tap delete. To remove a team, open the team and tap delete.
3. You can also edit any team, player, or game record at any time instead of deleting it.

If you cannot access the app, email support@nextinning.app and tell us what you would like removed.

The data you delete (player names, jersey numbers, position preferences, games, fielding plans, lineups, notes, scores, stats, chat messages, and saved field locations) is removed from our active systems right away and from backups within 30 days. We keep only records we are required to retain by law. Anything you do not delete stays in your account.
